Boone and Rhonda McDonald founded the company in 2010, and it has been family-owned and family-run ever since. It started with a single truck and a small crew, and today serves residential and commercial clients across North Houston and Montgomery County — still with both founders personally involved in the work.

Rhonda for most of it. She handles client relationships and operations, so from your first call through design, scheduling and handover you are generally speaking to the same person — and that person is an owner. Boone runs the build side and is regularly on job sites, so on a construction project you will meet him too.

Yes. The license and insurance paperwork comes attached to the estimate itself, not after you have to ask a second time. For commercial contracts and HOA boards the certificates go out addressed to the correct legal entity as part of the proposal, because procurement offices and volunteer boards both usually need that on file before the first invoice can be paid. Everything we install carries our own workmanship warranty as well.

Our home ground is Montgomery County and we travel outward from our Montgomery office for most projects. We stand behind our workmanship: if something failed because of the way we installed it, we put it right. Storm damage, drought, neglect and ordinary wear are not covered — those can be quoted as separate cover or a maintenance plan if you want them, and it is all set out in writing before you book so nobody is guessing later. We warranty the planting as well as the hardscape, which is unusual — most contractors cover the hardscape and leave the planting at your own risk. We carry it because we chose the species for the site and set the irrigation that waters them, so a failure is usually ours to answer for rather than yours.
